For clients that have not yet moved out of their homes, Interiors by MW offers an owner-occupied staging.

Similarly, for those clients that have just purchased their forever home or those just looking to refresh their space, our Virtual Design Consulting package is perfect for them. We have the design expertise to bring your vision to life.

The Process:

Home Staging:

Before staging, we need photos of the room(s) being staged for implementation of the design. Once a design is finalized, we will schedule a date to stage the property. Staging usually takes 1-2 days.

To ensure furnishings are still present for the home appraisal, be sure to inform us when an offer is accepted.

Owner-Occupied Home Staging:

Interiors by MW makes sure the property is prepared for the market while your clients are still living in it. We come to the home for a design consultation, making suggestions for each room, advising on: decluttering and depersonalization as well as rearranging and repurposing existing furniture/décor to best complement the space. For owner-occupied staging Interiors by MW strictly uses the homeowners existing furnishings. After, we send a joint e-mail to both the home owner and realtor so you don’t have to remember everything we went over.

Virtual Design Consulting:

Interiors by MW works with your budget to source retail furnishings to implement a thoughtful design layout of a room. Using inspiration images from you we will create a design scheme for each room. As part of this process Interiors by MW will design a room board and create a retail shopping list with links to every item to order, turning it over to you for the hands-on installation! Everything is done efficiently through e-mail or text messaging and one round of revisions/editing is included.

Pricing

Home Staging: Our pricing is based off the number of rooms being staged for either 30 or 60 days. Please e-mail us directly for pricing.

Owner-Occupied Home Staging: $250 fee. Typically our owner-occupied consultations only last one hour.

Virtual Design Consulting: The room board and retail shopping list are $250. Then, charge a design fee of $25 per hour. We can order and install for a fee.

Terms of Service:

Home Staging: We require open access to the home, in the form of either a key or access code for the coded lock box. In order to protect our inventory, we only stage clean and vacant properties. The realtor hiring Interiors by MW is fully responsible for all damages of rental furnishings. To streamline contract execution and billing processes all communications and financial transactions are between Interiors by MW and realtors directly.

Owner-Occupied Staging: We do not stage with our inventory. We schedule a time with the realtor and homeowners and advise only. After the consultation we bill the realtor directly.

Virtual Design Consulting: $125 deposit due at booking per room and will be applied to the room fee. If cancellation occurs at any time, deposit is forfeited.
